After a brief stay in Lakeview Memorial Hospital. He was born in Kewaunee,WI, on August 8, 1908. After earning his B.S. degree from the University of MN, he spent his adult life in St. Paul and Stillwater. Arno is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Lux Schwantes, four daughters, Gail Hoffman, Leah Rhys, Karen Keele and Linda Cheadle, six step children, Ann McLiney, Joe Lux, Peter Lux, Paul Lux, Jay Lux and Caroline Musolf, 16 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Service Tuesday, 2 PM at TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH 115 N. 4th Street, Stillwater. Visitation Monday 5-8 PM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER 2800 Curve Crest Blvd. and one hour prior to service atchurch. Interment Fairview Cemetery. The family has suggested memorialcontributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church Outreach Program(651-439-7400); The Stillwater Rotary Foundation (651-439-2680) or donor's choice.
