Born May 21, 1953. Passed away October 30, 2004 at the age of 51. Barbara, of Chisago City, MN was preceded in death by her mother, Mayme Weyer, father, Donald Rose; step-father, Wilfred Weyer and father-in-law Harley Cloutier. Survived by her loving husband Lance; her son Kevin Rose (Dawn); daughter Melanie Moren (special friend Kordell Jacobs); her sweet grandchildren, Corey, Shawn, Mackinnley, Dylan and Kaitlin; brothers and sisters, Roger Chelberg (Patti), Larry Rose (Bev), Sandra Testa (Jerry), many nieces, nephews and friends. The Lord sent an angel to enlighten us all, and her name was Barbara Rose-Cloutier. Our beloved Barbara fought a courageous battle against lung cancer. Her determination and strength grew weary over the past year and our Holy Father knew it was time for her to rest. Barbara grew up on St. Paul's Eastside where she attended Harding High School. She graduated from Century College with an Associate degree and also graduated with honors from Metro-State University with a Bachelors of Arts degree. Barbara accomplished all this while raising two children and working full-time. Barbara was a 3M employee for 21 years.

Barbara was an incredible loving person who touched so many lives with kindness, understanding, listening and love. She always knew just what to say and what to do. Barbara lived a life of complete love. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Special thanks to Lakeview Hospital Oncology Department and staff (especially Dr. Corey) St. John?s Hospital ICU Nursing Staff for all of their support.
