Age 68 of Mpls. Passed away at home on August 11, 2011. Preceded in death by huband, Kenneth; parents, Ruby and Benjamin Conrad. Survived by daughter, Melinda Hastings (Daniel); grandchildren, Cameo Velisek (Jeffrey Shepherd) and Scott Velisek (Tracy); great-grandchildren, Dominique, Wata, Destiny, Jamiee and Ruby; sister, Virginia Layland; nieces & nephews, and cat, Sugar. Service Wednesday, 11 AM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave. S. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday, 4-6 PM at BRADSHAW and also 1 hour prior to the service.
