Goins; former sister-in-law, Vivian Shannon; daughter, Doris Scott; granddaughter, Tracie (Anthony Walker) Donnell; grandsons, Bobby (Sherri) Bell Jr. and Chandler Chow; great-granddaughters, Breanna Donnell, Tajae Salgado, Aubree L. Bell and Amber Chow; great-grandsons, Freddie L. Anderson, Gracen L. Bell, Andre Chow and Christopher Myers; great-great-grandsons, Maurice and Marquice; nephews and nieces, Walter, Albert, Claire, Janet and Maryann Goins, Lauren, Gillian and Johnny Shannon, Linda and Gregory; numerous grand-nieces and grand-nephews; cousins and lots of friends. Special thoughts regarding Bobby Bell, Sr. and Curtis Collins. Life member St. Phillips Episcopal Church, retired U.S. postal employee of 44 years, WWII Army Veteran. Bert, "Dad", "Pop" as he was known, was simply a wonderful loving man. No services to be held.
