Newfield, Carol V. age 92. Loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, on October 3rd. Life long resident of South Minneapolis. Charter member and 50 year soloist at Saint Helena. Avid Bridge Player. Preceded in death by husband, Joseph; granddaughter, Mary Ann King. Survived by children, Judy (Mike) King, Mary Wilson, Bill (Sylvia), Joe (January) and Mark (Angie); 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and dear friend, Mary Hessburg. Visitation Thursday 4-8 p.m. with prayers at 7 p.m. at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge) 3131 Minnehaha Avenue. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10 a.m. at the CHURCH OF SAINT HELENA, 3201 ? E. 43rd Street. Interment, Resurrection Cemetery. Additional visitation 1 hour prior to mass at the church. Memorials preferred to Saint Joseph's Home for children.
