Ruiz, Carol J., age 65, of St. Paul, died peacefully surrounded by her family on May 7, 2004. Preceded in death by her parents, Buddy and Kay Josephs and son, Jeffrey. Most beloved and cherished mother of Joseph Jr., Gina, Elizabeth ( Robert) Shimota, Catherine (Rafael) Romo, Jacqueline (John) Hutchins and Billy; and their father, Joseph Ruiz; beloved grandmother of Mitchell, Emily, Lana, Adrian, Andrea, Bobbi Jo, Chloe, Marissa, Madeline, Natalia, Salina, Norina, Joshua, Nicole, Cassandra, and Savannah; beloved great grandmother of Isabella; beloved sister of Shirley, Judy, Elizabeth and Gene; beloved sister in law, Esperanza Yanez; many relatives and friends. A very special thank you to Dr. Timothy Toonen. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00AM Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE 401 Concord Street, St. Paul. Interment Riverview Cemetery.
