of Mpls. Passed away Jan. 9, 2018 after a lengthy illness. Preceded in death by loving wife of 45 years, Mary Lee Rateau; parents, Clarence Earl Rateau and Olive Ruth Bodart. "CJ" or "Big C" was very loving and a terrific provider to sons, Aaron and Steven. Also survived by sister, Marge Whiting; and brothers, Leo, David, Ronald, and Joseph; sisters-in-law, Elaine Rateau and Vicki Rateau; many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday, 10 AM at CHURCH OF ST. HELENA, 32nd Ave. S. at E 43rd St., Mpls, where he was a devout parishioner. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation Monday, 4-7 PM at BRADSHAW, 3131 Minnehaha Ave. S., and also 1 hour prior to Mass at the church.
