Falls, S.D. Passed away unexpectedly at Fairview University Medical
Center on Sunday March 18, 2007. Cody was attending his first year at Stout University Menomonie. Survived by parents and brother Tyler, grandparents; Marv and June Roxstrom, Bemidji and Gerald and Deanna Nelson, Sioux Falls; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends and special friend Shannon. Preceded in death by greatgrand parents and his dog Bailey.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been setup in Cody?s memory with contributions going to Life Source and Christian Youth Ministries. Send memorials to Christina K. Martin % Wells Fargo Bank, 2000 Northwestern Ave., Stillwater, MN 55082.
Visitation will be Friday, March 23rd, 4-8pm and Funeral Service,
Saturday, March 24th, 1pm at Bradshaw Funeral Home, 4600 Greenhaven Dr. at Hwy 96 (1 mile west of 35E) White Bear.
