Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on April 29, 2008. Preceded in death by first wife, Duanna; brothers, Andy and Rupert; sisters, Pearl and Audrey. Survived by loving wife, Maggie who tenderly cared for Don for their 14 years of marriage. Also survived by sons, Donnie, Daryll (Patti); Daughter, Debra (Steve) Moser; grandchildren, Nick, Katie, Alex, Cale, Wendy, Michelle, Bryan and Sarah; 2 great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Mary Ledin. Don served as Commander and Pilot in the US Navy. He retired from the Department of Natural Resources after 34 years. Don was a pilot for the Department of Aeronautics. In addition to his family, his other loves were wildlife, hunting, fishing, bowling and golf.Service 12 Noon, Monday, May 5, 2008 with visitation one hour prior at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Drive at Hwy 96 (one mile west of 35E). Interment at Ft Snelling National Cemetery.
