Mills, Donald C. 4/3/34 A� 7/15/10 Of White Bear Lake Survived by loving, devoted wife of 55 years, Lolly; daughters, January (Mark) Berthiaume, Julie (Scott) Richardson and Jolene (Joe) Lefto; grandchildren, Emily, Kelsey, Eric, Brian, Abbey, Briana, Alexa, Sean and Olivia; many family and friends. Don was born in Neillsville, WI to Calvin & Elnora Mills, moved to Owen, WI. Graduated from high school and married his high school sweetheart Lolly (Loretta Thorson). He served in the US Army, stationed in Germany and was joined by his wife. He graduated from the U of M with a Masters in Hospital Administration. He went on to run numerous health care facilities which include: Moose Lake State Hospital, National Health Enterprises, Bethesda Hospital, HealthEast Foundation and the MN Veterans Home, Mpls. He enjoyed his cabin, fishing and above all, time with his wife and family. Memorial Service Monday, July 19, 2010 at 11AM at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Drive at Hwy 96 (one mile west of 35E) with visitation one hour prior to the service.
