Survived by daughter, Jessica Averill (Jason); sister, Nancy Hess (Rich); and nephew, Keith Anderson (Jill). A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Sunday, August 28, 2011 from 2-5PM at 6050 Lake Road, Woodbury, MN 55125.
