Dorothy Mcnamara

McNamara, Dorothy (nee Spock) age 93 of St. Paul, passed away peacefully August 25th, 2018. The root of Dorothy's life has always been her Catholic faith. She loved God and she loved her neighbor just as God commanded. Her happiness and self-giving love were evident daily in her vocations as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Dorothy will be greatly missed. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert McNamara; and her aunt, Elizabeth Anderson. Dorothy is survived by her children, John (Susan), Patricia (Bob) Wewers, Thomas (Sally), Michael (Lynn), and Bob (Tracey); grandchildren, Lisa (Jim) Labarre, Rob (Kristin) Wewers, Janell (Ryan) Twardowski, Jeff Wewers, Quin, Caitlin (Phil) Hughes-Parry, Kier (Ashlee), Erin (Mike), Ryan (Rachel), and Chayne; great-grandchildren, Lilly, Broden, Teagan, Nolan, Nora, Charlotte, McKenna, and Leyton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, August 31st, 11:00 AM with visitation 9:30-11:00 AM, all at the CHURCH OF ST. BERNARD, 187 Geranium Ave. W, St. Paul.
