A Celebration of Life for Esther B. Stenseth, age 89, of Stillwater, formerly of Iceland, will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2005, 2 PM at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center. Visitation one hour prior to the service.
Esther died December 29, 2004 at Stillwater Good Samaritan. She was born December 24, 1915 in Eyrarbakka, Iceland. She was adopted by Asbjorn Blondal and Kristen Gudjonsen Blondal at the age of 17 months. She married Sophanius Petersson whom she later divorced. Esther married Melvin Stenseth in 1961.
Esther is survived by several step-children including Barbara (Larry) Halvorson of Hudson, WI as well as several step-grandchildren and great-randchildren. Also many friends, including special friends, Ousler (Solla) Warmboe and Gudny Crist.
