Gene passed away peacefully June 18, 2010, with family present after a long illness. Long term employee of 3M in the Duplicating Products/Tech Services Division. Veteran WWII. Preceded in death by wife Lois and son Jay. Survived by children, Jim, Janet Newberg (Dr. Dale Duthoy) and Jill Becker (Brian); grandchildren, Jordan, Aaron, Alex, Ellen and Kyle; sisters Evelyn Johnston and Mille Arndt and by other family and friends. Former P.G.A. Golfer and Professional Musician. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday June 24, from 4-7pm at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Dr at Highway 96 (one mile west of 35E) White Bear. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Association and Alzheimer's Association.
