Passed away at home surrounded by family on May 15, 2011. Flora was a life-long resident of Lakeland, MN. She was born to James Clark Davies and Alice Maggie (Buckmaster) Davies on June 16, 1918. She was born across the street from her home of the past 65 years. She attended Stillwater High School and the University of Minnesota. Flora was employed as a proofreader for West Publishing Company from 1957-1977.
She married Clifford H. Lundberg on June 2, 1935 and together they had four children: Douglas Lundberg (Janet), Michael Lundberg (Monica), Linda Lundberg Olson and Ann Lundberg Grunke (Frederick). Flora loved books, history, politics, cribbage, crosswords and, above all, family. She was a proud grandmother of 12, great-grandmother of 14 and great- great grandmother of 3. She was preceded in death by husband, Clifford, grandson, Jim and great-granddaughter, Maria.
A Celebration of Life will be held at BRADSHAW, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., Stillwater on Thursday, June 2nd at 11:00 a.m. Reception and lunch to follow. Family internment Lakeview Cemetery, Lakeland, MN.
