Born in Bemidji, MN to Roy & Theresa Schofield. Passed away peacefully on July 20th surrounded by her loved ones. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Paul Corliss; brothers, Gene & William; sisters, Marge & Helen. Survived by children, Dexter Corliss, Bridget Pavlak (Bob), Carrie Gomez, Genevieve Andrusko (John); grandchildren, Beth, Maria, Paul, David, Katie, Danielle , Michael; sister, Mary Bryant (L.D.). She grew up in Bemidji, MN and received her teaching degree from Winona State. Married in 1948 and raised her family in Cottage Grove. Her graceful, humble, quiet nature was a gift to her family and friends. Her kindness and love to all were unconditional. She enjoyed managing 183 S. Chatsworth for 20 years. She shared her love of gardening with her daughters and friends. Playing Bridge with her friends was one of her greatest joys. Special thanks to the N.C. Little Hospice, Edina, MN for helping mom?s passing be so peaceful. Her humble, graceful nature will be in our hearts forever. Thank you for being our mom, grandma and the best confidant a friend could have. Rest now, you are home. Memorial service to be announced at a later date.
