Survivors include her son, Donald B.; daughters-in-law, Beverly and Sheila; grandsons, Donald E. and Lyle (Melanie); great-granddaughters, Kayley and Kathryn. Frances served Ramsey County as a deputy sheriff for over 30 years. Visitation 5 to 8 PM Thursday, Feb. 3 and 10 to 11 AM Friday, Feb 4 at BRADSHAW, 1078 Rice at Magnolia. Graveside service 11:30 AM Friday at Roselawn Cemetery, 803 W. Larpenteur Avenue, St. Paul.
