Passed away Friday, September 30 in Orange Park, Florida following an extended illness. Born in New Richmond, Wisconsin, Jerry lived in St. Paul a majority of his life. He was a bus driver for the Metropolitan Transit Commission. Mr. Tobin lived in Jacksonville Beach area for the last several years. He was a member at Nativity of Our Lord in St. Paul. He also enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. Preceded in death by parents, William and Anna Torgeson Tobin; brother, James Tobin; sister in law, Donna Tobin. Survived by wife, Lois Wittenberg Tobin: children, Mark (Lenore) Cortez, Phillip (Kandi) Tobin, Barbara Pramann, Elizabeth (Louie) Richards; brother, Wade Tobin; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be 12PM Friday, October 28 at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 4600 Greenhaven Drive, White Bear, with visitation one hour prior.
