Passed away peacefully January 10, 2011. Preceded in death by first husband, Frank Mardaus, Jr.; grandson, Bradley Mardaus; and brothers, Glenn and Gene Smith. She will be sadly missed by husband, Donald; children, Philip (Judy) Mardaus, Gloria (Roland) Splinter, Barbara (Gary) Thomsen and Greg (Leah) Mardaus; 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren; brothers, John (Elaine) and Melvin Smith; sisters, Nancy Kinney and Vianna (Adolph) Roettger; sisters-in-law, Phyllis and Joanne Smith and Eileen Meister; many nieces and nephews. Service Sunday, 3:00 P.M. with visitation beginning at 1:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd 5), Stillwater. Private interment Houlton Cemetery.
