May 17, 1918 - February 27, 2015

Born in Tower, MN and Long-time resident of Bayport, MN.
Passed to his eternal rest at age 96 with family present. Preceded in death by son, Preston; daughter-in-law, Renate; sisters, Gladyce (Paul) Johnson, Florence (Frank) Pengal, Donna (Arthur) Mickelson; brothers, Gilbert (Ellen) and Byron. He was a dedicated and loving husband and father. Survived by wife, Carol; three sons, Geoffry, Brian, Blake (Patricia); two grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Glenn served in the U.S. Army for seven years, was a WWII veteran and life member of the VFW. Glenn retired from Minnesota Corrections Institution after 30 years. He was an active member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Bayport. He served as Scoutmaster and committee member for Boy Scout Troop 113 of Bayport. In lieu of flowers memorials will go to Lakeview Hospice, Stillwater, Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Bayport or donor's choice. Memorial Service 11:00AM Saturday, May 9th at BETHLEHEM LUTHERAN CHURCH, 490 N 4TH St., Bayport. Visitation Friday, May 8th from 5:00PM to 7:00PM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., Stillwater (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Cty Rd 5), and one hour prior to the service at the church.
