Age 83, of Saint Paul
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on July 13, 2013. Bud served in the Korean War in the US Army, retired from Burilington Northern Railroad and owned Kuby's Place on Rice Street. Preceded in death by parents, Harold and Martha; parents through marriage, Al and Ann Kubitschek; sisters, Mae Simons and Phyllis Huberty; brothers-in-law, Orville Simons, Dick Huberty and Tom Givens. Survived by loving wife of 59 years, Shirley and their children, Michael (Flossie), Michele (Jack) Lang, Tim (Colleen), Cindy (Marc) St Martin; 8 grandchildren, Lindsay, Ryan, Dan, Pat, Sara, Alex, Travis, and Samantha; sister Marilyn Givens and in-laws, Joan and Jim Gibbons, Jim and Vi Kubitschek. Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, July 17, at ST. BERNARDS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 187 West Geranium Ave, Saint Paul at 11 AM with a visitation one and a half hours prior to the service. Interment at Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to family and donor's choice.
