"Ole", age 83, on May 27, 2003. Veteran of WWII. Preceded in death by son, Gary; brother, Roy "Bud"; and sister, Ruby Pauley. Survived by loving wife LaVonne of 61 years. Children, Dee Ann (Jim) Read, Kevin (January), and Randi (Marie); grandchildren, Richard and Sherri Kuehl, Peggy, Kathy, Megan, and Zack Moelter; great-grandson, David Plahn; sisters, Ione Dulin, Pearl Johnson, and Dollye Muckenthaler. Harvey along with his brother Bud successfully operated Moelter Constuction Company Incorporated for 45 years. Harvey was known for his expertise in excavating work on many golf courses in the region and surrounding states. Lifelong member of the Elks Club #179, and served as Past Master of St. John's Masonic Lodge No.1. A Celebration Of Life, Friday, 11:00 AM, at SAINT PAUL LUTHERAN CHURCH, Fifth and Walnut Street, Stillwater. Visitation, Thursday, 5-8 PM at BRADSHAW, 6061 Osgood Avenue North at Hwy 36, and one hour prior to service at church. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to donor's choice. Interment Fairview Cemetery.
