March 25, 1913 ? August 25, 2006. Irma went home to the eternal light after a long & faithful journey; she never strayed from the path. She is preceded in death by her husband, Hartley; infant daughter, Jane; daughter, Lois Corona & granddaughter, Lisa Olson; also parents, George & Frances Hetzel; brothers, Ronald, Larry, Harold & Wilfred Hetzel; sisters, Ann Mason & Patsy Kiekow. She will be sadly missed by sisters, Lorraine Brettner & Hattie Zabel; children, David (Carol) Schaefer, Judith A. Frommes (Jerry England), Bonita Turner; grandchildren, Curtis & Deanna Olson, Paulette Corona, Brian Schaefer, Natalie (Doug) Corona Weingart; great-grandchildren, Dustin & Duncan Schaefer & Raiden Andrew Olson. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, 10:30 AM at CHURCH OF ST. ALBERT THE GREAT, E. 39th Street and 32nd Ave. S. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation one hour prior to Mass at church. A special prayer of gratitude to the magnificent staff of Catholic Eldercare.
