Died peacefully surrounded by family on February 12, 2019. Preceded in death by parents, Howard and Clara Rowland; mother-in-law, Martha Notaro; brother, Mike Rowland and sister, Mary Jo Ferguson. She will be sadly missed by children, Sheryl, Katie (Tim) Tasler, John (Kathy), Sue (Jamie) Langer and Mike; grandchildren, Travis, Niki, TJ, Kelsey, Tom, Nicholas, Heidi, Tanner, Gina and Garett; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers, Howard, Gene, Bob (Pam) and Bill (Jill) Rowland; brother-in-law, Donald Ferguson; former spouse, Ron Notaro; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. A celebration of Jackie's life will be Monday, February 18, 2019, 5:00 P.M. with a visitation beginning at 4:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Canvas Health
