Born July 25, 1948 to Deane and Marjorie Tubbs in Evanston, Illinois, entered eternal life on August 6, 2009. Jeff will be remembered for his intellect, determination and spirit. Jeff received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at Ohio Wesleyan University in 1971 and went on to receive his Master of Business Administration in Finance at Washington University in 1973. Jeff had more than 30 years of domestic and international experience with leading banking and industrial firms. He also authored various business publications. Jeff was united in marriage to the love of his life, Jean Storm, and built a loving home in St. Paul, MN. He is survived by his two sons, Adam and Gareth Tubbs, his two sisters, Polly Boyd and Ellie De Lia and his parents, Deane and Marjorie Tubbs. He will forever be in our hearts and minds and will be greatly missed. Memorial service Thursday 11AM at GLORIA DEI LUTHERAN CHURCH, 700 Snelling Avenue So. Gathering one hour prior to the service at the church.
