Passed away peacefully on August 22, 2015
Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Fern Munson; son Brett Monson. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Art; her son Joel (Jodie) Monson; grandchildren Melissa, Sam and Emily Monson; and beloved dog Kandi. Karen was a lover of horses, dogs and cars. Special thanks to the memory care staff of Good Samaritan Society in Stillwater. A memorial service for Karen will be Saturday, August 29, 2015 11:00 A.M. at CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH, 150 Fifth Street, Marine on St. Croix. Visitation will be Friday, August 28, 2015 5-8 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Co Rd 5), Stillwater, and also one hour prior to the service at church. In lieu flowers, memorials are preferred to Christ Lutheran Church or Lakeview Hospice.
