Survived by wife of 58 years, Alise; sons Andrejs "Andy" (wife Chris), Juris "George" (Lori); daughter-In-Law Jennifer; grandchildren Erik, Kelly, Melissa, JeKabs, Alise, Brandon and Elena; and 4 great grandchildren. Latvian WWII vet, came to USA in 1952 to Rock Rapid, IA. White Bear resident since 1957. Loved music, gardening, food and people. Mechanic for 25 years at Indianhead Trucking; also Teamster rep. Funeral Service 7pm Monday, October 1, at Havenor Funeral Chapel, 4600 Greenhaven Dr, White Bear, MN. Private interment. Visitation 47 PM Monday, prior to service. Memorials preferred.
