Locke, Leota E. (Muggenburg) Age 88, of Saint Paul Called to Heaven on April 1, 2009. Preceded in death by husband of 50 years, Robert B. Locke; parents; sister, Lilah; son-in-law, James Quast; granddaughter, Lori Quast & grand- son, Troy Quast. Survived by her loving daughters, Lonnie Quast and Sharon Kinney (husband, Paul); granddaughter, Tracey Herold (husband, Kevin); great-grandchil-dren, Lucas & Alexandra Herold; sister, Jo Harris; many nieces, nephews and friends.
