Of Marine on St. Croix. Passed away peacefully on February 5, 2008. Preceeded in death by husband, Sid; son, Chuck; parents; brothers and sisters. Survived by daughters and sons in law, Jean and Don Scherfenberg & Mary and John H. Petersen; grandchildren, Susan (Dave) Borchard, Tim (Heidi) Petersen, Karn Scherfenberg, Kathryn (Sean Scott) Scherfenberg, Amy (Tom) Wallace, Julie (Bill) Hanson; great-grandchildren, Paige, Ben, Claire, Caroline, Erin, Sara, Finn, Isaac, Charlie, Cecelia and Carley; sister in law, Marge Rolig; many nieces, nephews and friends. Lorraine?s kindness and warm welcoming smile will always be remembered by the many people who?s lives she touched. Memorial service Saturday 11:00AM at CHRIST LUTHERAN CHURCH 150 5th St., Marine on St. Croix. Visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. The family would like to thank the staff at Linden Health Care for their loving care and support these past 9 years. Private interment Oakland Cemetery, Marine on St. Croix. Memorials preferred to Christ Lutheran Church, Marine on St. Croix or Linden Care Center.
