Skogstad, LuAnn J. age 68 of Mpls. Born in Crookston Mn, March 31, 1937. Passed away suddenly on May 18, 2005. Retired employee of Miller Bag Co. Preceded in death by brothers, James Vacura and Larry Mattson. Survived by son, Lloyd (Connie) Skogstad; of Mpls, daughter, Shirley (Jeff) Hinsch; of East Bethel.Grandchildren, Lisa (Rick) Gentry, Deana (Nate) Arvisson, Lisa (Jeff) Slusser and Jesse Ruud. Mother, Pearl DePew of Mpls, Twin Sister, Laurine Vacura of Badger, Mn; brother Sarryl (Kathy) Vacura of Williams, MN. Stepsisters, Marilyn (Albert) Castagnola of Eagle, ID, and JoAnn O'Bryan of Grants Pass, OR, sisters in law, Gayleen Mattson of Zimmerman, MN and Ardelle Vacura of Williams, MN and many other family members and friends. LuAnn enjoyed gardening, birding and helping others. She will be missed by all. Service 11 AM Tuesday May 24, 2005 Ave. S. Interment Hillside Cemetery. Visitation Monday 4-7 PM.
