Resident of Park River Estates in Coon Rapids for the past 12 years. Born 12/15/27 in St. Paul to Richard and Felicity Carlson. Graduated from Johnson High School in 1946. Married Richard Thayer at St. Patrick's Catholic Church on 5/21/54 in St. Paul. Survived by children, Patty (Dennis) Reddig of Chetek, WI, Jim (Mary) Thayer of Circle Pines, MN, Bill Thayer of St. Francis, MN and Kathy Thayer of Oak Park, MN; sister, Phyl (Late Milton) of Lake Elmo, MN; grandchildren, James Thayer, Steve (Tammy) Cox, Jennifer (Tom) Bramwell and Kevin (Tammy) Cox; 7 great-grandchildren. She enjoyed fishing, spending time at the cabin and listening/watching Twins baseball. She was also an avid cook, seamstress and loved to embroider and sing. Special thanks to the staff at Park River for their wonderful care. Funeral service Tuesday 11 AM at BRADSHAW, 1174 Payne Ave, St. Paul with visitation one hour prior.
