Marcelle Lafleur

Marcelle Anne Lafleur, of Eden Prairie, born May 27, 1945, in St. Paul, Alberta, Canada, passed away December 8, 2014, surrounded by family and friends.

Marcelle chose to live life full out, as an explorer, delving into the realms of infinite possibilities, thinking and living out of the box. We miss her physical presence here, among us, and know she is still with us.

Daughter, Natalie (Craig) Parks of Lebanon, IN. Son, Jeremy Dawe (Deborah Copperud) of Minneapolis, MN. Grandchildren, Noelle, Christian, and Joshua Parks and Anthony, Nathan, and Libby Dawe. Caring friend and former spouse, Robin Dawe of Eden Prairie, MN. 2 brothers, 8 sisters, many nieces and nephews, all in Canada. Many friends across the world. Preceded in death by her parents, Olivier and Juliette Lafleur and grandson, Jonathan David Parks.

The family extends much gratitude to the siblings who have so graciously travelled many times to be with Marcelle, to the many friends who have selflessly given of themselves. Much gratitude to Dr. Susan Haddow and the staff at Fairview Hospice. It is all of this love that has sustained Marcelle over the years and especially to the end.

Celebration of Life at Minnesota Landscape Arboretum, 3675 Arboretum Drive, Chaska, 952-443-1400 on Friday, December 12, from 4-7pm. Memorials preferred to Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. Cremation handled by Bradshaw.
