Passed away peacefully at home in the arms of his family on November 26, 2008. Preceded in death by his son-in-law, Bob Pilla. Survived by loving wife, Anne; children, Tom (Marcy), Susan Pilla, Jim (Carol), Diane (Conrad) Hessler; 11 grandchildren, Jason (Stacy), Ben (Angie), Mike, David, Andrew, Tracy (Matt), Mark, Angie (James), Rick (Jess), Veronica, Philip; 1 great granddaughter, Katie; sisters, Louise, Lorraine and Ruth; nieces and nephews including John (Lin) Jungwirth; friends and wonderful neighbors. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 10:30AM with visitation one hour prior to Mass at CHURCH OF ST. BERNARD, 197 West Geranium Ave. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials welcomed to St. Bernard's Church.
