Phyllis Church

Church (nee Gray), Phyllis J., age 68, of Spring Lake Park. Thirty-four year employee for the City of Minneapolis Emergency Communication Systems. Passed away on January 16, 2004. Preceded in death by husband, Robert Church; parents, Everett and Mary Gray; brothers and sisters, Leroy, Dorothy, Everett, Jr., and Betty. Survived by daughter, Elaine Gerstner; grandchildren, Michelle and Dustin Condon; and their father, Michael Condon, who was like a son to Phyllis; great-grandchildren, Asha and Jason Rollins; sisters, Leona Hill, Virginia Raymond, and Helen Warner; also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many dear friends. Phyllis is dearly loved and will always be missed by all. Service Wednesday, 11:30 AM at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave S, Mpls. Visitation Tuesday, 4-7 pm and 1 A� hours before service at funeral home. Memorials are preferred. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
