He was preceded in death by his wife, Angelita and his daughter, Patricia Martinez Olmos. Survived by two sons, Danny and John Martinez; two daughters, Linda Martinez and Rita Rodriguez; grandchildren; nieces and nephews; dear friends; sisters, Helen, Santos, Jenny and Dolores; brother, Augustine; and loving companion of 23 years, Blanca Acevedo. Ray was born in Lockheart, TX and grew up in St. Paul, MN on the East Side. He liked football, hockey, canoeing, boxing, hunting and camping. He loved traveling and seeing many cities in the USA and Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico. Ray is going on one more trip; going on a grand voyage at sea in an old pirate ship; he is going home. He is going to the promise land to be with his wife, mother and daughter. Ray will be missed by family and friends. Visitation Wednesday 4-8PM with rosary at 7PM at BRADSHAW.
