Died March 29, 2014. Raymond was born Aug 3, 1935 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Frank and Dorothy Steindl. He served in the US Navy Reserve from Sept 10, 1953 until discharged Sept 9, 1961 as a Seaman and a Radioman. He is survived by his wife, Claudia Mayer Steindl of Panama City Beach; 5 children, Mari (David) Thomas, Raymond Steindl Jr., Lynda Spinelli, Daniel (Renee Weissensell) Steindl, David (Erin) Steindl; 4 stepchildren, Shannon Mayer, Robyn (Lee) Stresemann, Holly (Chad) Augustine, JR (Natalie) Mayer; 8 grandchildren; 9 step-grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren; and sister Mary Ann (Bob) Buchmeier. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Dorothy (Haeg) Steindl; brother, Richard Steindl; and first wife, Valeria (Prelgo) Steindl. A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 23, 2014 at 11 AM at BRADSHAW, 1078 Rice St. at Magnolia, St. Paul with a visitation starting at 9:30 AM.
