Survived by wife of 21 years, Janet; sister, Kathy (Gary) Shepherd; step-daughter, Denise Janz; grandchildren, Kassandra and Lyle; mother-in-law, Elaine Smedstad; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Robert's Life will be held Saturday, May 9, 12 Noon with visitation 11 AM until service at ST. MARY'S CHAPEL AT MARIAN CARE CENTER, 200 Earl Street, St. Paul. Private family interment, Oakland Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, Memorials are welcomed.
