Service for Robert Teske, age 84, of Stillwater will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2003, 11:00 AM at ST. PAUL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 609 South Fifth Street. Visitation will be one and a half hours prior to service at church. Interment Fairview Cemetery. Mr. Teske died on Friday, October 31, 2003 at the Stillwater Good Samaritan Center.
Born on August 13, 1919 in Stillwater to parents, William Teske and Alma Balfanz Teske. Lifelong member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, VFW Post 323, American Legion, DAV, IAM, & the International Log Rolling Assoc.. Robert was a fourteen time World Champion Log Roller. Preceded in death by parents, William & Alma; brother, Alvin; and sisters, Luella & Dorothy Mae. Survived by wife of 54 years, Dorothy R.; sisters, Leora Jensen & Margery Rybak; brother, Donald; and many nieces, nephews, other family, & friends.
Memorials preferred.
