Survived by husband, Charles "Cork"; son, Philip (Mary); grandchildren, Madeline, Zachary, Bradly and Amanda; foster-parents, Ray & Josie Czech; other relatives & friends. Memorial Service Wednesday 7PM at BRADSHAW, 6061 North Osgood Avenue @ Highway 36 with gathering of family & friends from 4-7PM. Private Interment.
