Samuel Brian Vassar, age 20, formerly of Cottage Grove and St. Paul Park, left us on Wednesday, Sept. 24.Sam was born at United Hospital in St. Paul, to Douglas K. and Patri-
cia C. (Morawiecki) Vassar. Sam enjoyed the simple things in life, he loved animals, going for long walks, and spending time with his family and friends. He was also very passionate about music. At his young age of 20, he had already established a great work ethic and employment history and his goal was to further his education. Sam had a way of making everyone around him feel good and will be remembered for his kindness, quick wit, and zest for life.
He was loved so much and will be greatly missed. Please keep Sam's family in your prayers.Private services were held and a memorial followed in St. Paul Park. Memorials may be sent in care of Samuel Vassar, to Bradshaw Funeral Home, 1078 Rice St., St. Paul, MN 55117. 651-489-1349.
