Coulter, Theodore Gustave "Ted" Age 65 of St. Paul, MN Died March 24, 2007. Preceded in death by parents, William and Gladys Coulter; and Brother Jerry. Survived by children Ted W. (Gail) Coulter, Sioux Falls, SD; Catherine Coulter (Tom) Calvin, Colorado Springs, CO; Scott R. Coulter, Divide, Colorado; Brother Thomas (Irene) Coulter, Longboat Key, FL; Grandchildren Sean, Spencer, Carson, Claire, Chloe and Grace; Great-granddaughter, Meghan; close friend Georgene Gross and nieces and nephews. Ted was born September 29, 1941. He was an employee of 3M and Gilfillan Hardware prior to forming his own printing company, Color Arts Inc. Ted was a graduate of Central High School and attended the University of MN and Macalester College. He was an active and dedicated member of the Roseville Jaycees. Ted will always be remembered for his love of children, sports, good food and his life-long friends in the St. Paul community.
