Passed peacefully at home on June 27, 2011. Preceded in death by wife, Beverly; brothers, Richard, Steve; sister, Sally Campeau. Survived by daughters, Deborah (Michael) Lorenz, and Darlene Plattner; brothers, Dale, Earl, and Chuck; other extended family and friends. Vergil will be deeply missed by his family. He was a great story-teller, avid gardner, birdwatcher, and fisherman. He loved going fishing with his buddies for the elusive walleye. Service Thursday, 11:00 A.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd5), Stillwater. Visitation one hour prior at the center. Private family interment at Fairview Cemetery.
