Born May 22, 1937. Went to be with the Lord, November 2, 2007, after a short battle with cancer. Preceded in death by parents, Edgar and Fern; brothers, Leroy and Chuck; sister, Violet Law. Loving husband of Carol (Cysiewski) Bendix. Wonderful father of Dawn (Troy) Ecker. Grandfather to, Chad (Beth) Bengston, Natasha Cheney, Dustin Bendix and Dani Wigen. Also survived by 7 great- grandchildren; 6 sisters, plus one; and 3 brothers. Special thanks to all those who helped in Arkansas. Service Saturday 11AM at ST PETER LUTHERAN CHURCH 880 Neal Avenue South, Afton. Private family interment at later date. Visitation Friday 4 to 8PM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Co. Rd 5) and also one hour prior to the service at church.
