He was raised by J.T. and Carrie McGowan in Peoria, IL, where he met his wife, and mother of his daughter,Veronica McGowan, Kattie Alexander. Preceded in death by J.T. McGowan. Service Monday 11AM at BRADSHAW 1078 Rice Street at Magnolia. Interment Elmhurst Cemetery. Visitation 1 hr prior to service.
