Age 71, of Woodbury. A celebration of Ginny's life will be Saturday, 3:00 P.M. with visitation beginning at 1:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd 5), Stillwater. Memorials are preferred to Salvation Army or Habitat for Humanity.
Ginny passed away peacefully January 10, 2011 surrounded by family. Ginny was the heart of the family. She will be remembered for her kindness, boundless optimism, easy smile and joyous laughter.
Dear mother of Eric (Suzy) and Bruce (Patty) Sorensen; beloved grandmother of Jake and Isaac; loving daughter of Garth (Dottie) Dirksen; cherished sister of Linda (Ronnie) Mitchell, Gerry Thompson, Gordy (Marcia) Dirksen, Sue (Dale) Eckburg and Jeff (Linda) Dirksen. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Ginny was preceded in death by husband, Neal and mother, Eunice.
