1931-2009. Passed away peacefully on July 28 ^th with his loving wife, Berniece, by his side. Preceded in death by parents, William and Sadie Cass and step-daughter, Cheryl. Also survived by daughters: Suzanne Amosun, Elizabeth Dodson (John); son, Shawn Cass (Martha); sisters: Joanne Guemple, Michelle Murphy, Kathy Smith (Steve), Marilyn Rennick, and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Will be especially remembered by Amy (Lindl), Nathan, Noah, Gabriel, and Emma Koska and Shawn and Keith Lindl. Korean War Vet (Air Force), long time employee of the City of Maplewood, former president of the MN Archery Association. Enjoyed many outdoor activities and spent several years wintering in Tucson, AZ. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. His family wishes to thank Health East and the Pillars Hospice for their loving care.
