Bradshaw – East Side is local family owned and operated by the Bradshaw family. It has been serving families since the late 1920’s, with the proud heritage of having been the Carlson Funeral Home, and later, the Bradshaw Carlson Funeral Home. At this location, we can accommodate groups of many sizes, and with ample lot and street parking. Driving Directions
From the West (Minneapolis): Driving east on 1-94 through downtown Saint Paul, follow the signs to I-35E NORTH. Take the MARYLAND AVE exit (EXIT 109). Turn RIGHT onto MARYLAND AVE and drive 0.6 miles. Turn RIGHT onto PAYNE AVE and drive just one-half block south. End at 1174 PAYNE AVE on your left (parking lot just north of the building).
From the East (North Saint Paul/Stillwater): Driving west on MN-36 W towards Saint Paul, merge onto US-61 S and drive 2.7 miles. Turn RIGHT onto MARYLAND AVE and drive west 0.3 miles. Turn LEFT onto PAYNE AVE and drive just one-half block south. End at 1174 PAYNE AVE on your left (parking lot just north of the building).
From the East (Woodbury/Oakdale): Driving west on I-94 W / US-12 W towards Saint Paul, merge onto I-35E N / US-10 W via EXIT 242B and drive 1.5 miles. Take the MARYLAND AVE exit (EXIT 109), and Turn RIGHT onto MARYLAND AVE driving east for 0.6 miles. Turn RIGHT onto PAYNE AVE and drive just one-half block south. End at 1174 PAYNE AVE on your left (parking lot just north of the building).
From the South (West Saint Paul): Driving north on US-52 over the Mississippi River on the Lafayette Bridge, turn RIGHT onto EAST 7TH STREET and travel east approximately ¼ mile. Turn LEFT onto PAYNE AVE and travel north approximately 1.2 miles. End at 1174 PAYNE AVE on your right (parking lot just north of the building).
From the North (Vadnais Heights/White Bear): Driving south on I-35E SOUTH towards Saint Paul, take the MARYLAND AVE exit (EXIT 109). Turn LEFT onto MARYLAND AVE and drive 0.7 miles. Turn RIGHT onto PAYNE AVE and drive just one-half block. End at 1174 PAYNE AVE on your left (parking lot just north of the building).
