Diana “Dee Dee” Barbara Sherrard

Loving wife and mother.  Preceded in death by parents, John and Susan Dill; and brother-in-law, James Perrier.  She will be missed by both family and friends. Including her husband Richard; her son Rick, his wife Amy, their children; Ben (Hannah), Tanya, Nadya, Matt and Emily; her daughter Kim and husband Bill, their children Billy, Charlie, Jack; her sisters Sandy Perrier & Bonnie Dill; as well as in-laws, Roger & Evelyn Sherrard, and Carol Meech.

She loved knitting and could often be seen with needles and yarn in her hands. She was so used to doing it that she could fall asleep and continue to knit, sometimes waking up to find a scarf trailing to the floor. Her second favorite pastime was touring the countryside in one of “her” classic Ford trucks. She loved to ride through the countryside watching the scenery pass by, all the while her fingers automatically purling, cabling, slipping and stitching as she rode.

A celebration of Diana’s life will be Friday, November 8, 2019, 11:00 A.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 10:00 A.M.  Interment Fairview Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to donor’s choice.
