Heather Marie Lundin

Heather Lundin, age 45, passed away on March 11, 2022 peacefully at home following a courageous battle with cancer.  Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends she loved.

Heather’s life may have ended too soon, but she touched the hearts of many while she was with us.

Heather was born on August 7, 1976 to parents Eileen and Michael Lundin in Stillwater, Minnesota.

Heather lived in Bayport, Minnesota through her elementary school years and most of her remaining life in Hudson, Wisconsin.  Heather graduated from Hudson High School in 1994.  Later in life she pursued her interest in baking and received a diploma in Baking and Pastry from The Art Institutes International Minnesota.

Being a mother was the most important part of Heather’s life, a role that gave her much meaning and happiness.  She was a selfless mom, supportive, kind, charismatic and fun. And no matter what she put her kids first. She was always loving and we will all miss her dearly.  In addition to her role as mom, Heather enjoyed reading, cooking and baking, listening to music, especially Bon Jovi and attending concerts.

Most recently Heather was employed at Presbyterian Homes – Croixdale, where she chose to extend her family to include the residents and staff she came to love.

Heather was preceded in death by her grandparents Arthur and Phoebe Lundin and John and Beverly Pittman.  She is survived by her four children; Phoebe Holter, Fisher Holter, Drake Holter and Audra Lundin-Davey; her parents Michael and Eileen Lundin, her sisters, Rebecca (Larry) Peterson, Susan (Christoffer Christensen) Lundin, her nephew Andrew Lundin and nieces Megan Lundin and Lexie Peterson and many friends and family.

We would like to thank the nurses and staff at MN Oncology – Maplewood and more recently the nurses from St. Croix Hospice.  Their compassionate care helped Heather through her battle with cancer.

Service Monday, March 21, 2022, 12:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater with a visitation beginning at 10:00 A.M.  Interment Hazelwood Cemetery.
