Wanda Nustad

Wanda Lee Nustad was born on December 2, 1940 in Ada, Minnesota to Howard and Abby Nustad. In 1943, after the addition of sister Judy, the family moved to Buffalo, Minnesota where Wanda attended kindergarten and first grade. In 1948, they moved to Alexandria, Minnesota where Wanda graduated from Jefferson High School in 1959. The Nustad family made their home in St. Paul, Minnesota in 1968. Wanda lived with her parents until she found Amy Johnson Residence which has been her home for over 30 years.

Wanda passed away at Regions Hospital in the early hours of Wednesday, March 30, 2022. Judy and her husband Ed were thankful to be able to be with her when she passed. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sister Judy and brother-in-law Ed knee; and her family of housemates and caregivers at Amy Johnson Residence.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday April 14 at Bradshaw Funeral Home, 1078 Rice Street, St. Paul, MN 55117. Interment at a later date at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
